We are in the main building. My grandparents, Adriana and Flaminio, decided to use it as their summer home when they moved there to escape the heat of the plains and to follow the cherry harvest. With Fiorenza, we decided to further renovate these rooms by embellishing them with wallpaper, boiseries, antique furniture, and special details. On the upper floor there is a suite and a double bedroom.
03. DESCRIPTION
Double room with private bathroom: the only room of this type in our establishment, but perhaps the most sought-after and special room at Sotto i Sassi Bed.
The predominant colour of this room is English green, also present on the déco pattern of the wallpaper.
The iron four-poster bed was made to measure.
At its feet is an antique Rolino table with a pair of armchairs.
The black lacquer cupboard is an old Chinese wedding furniture.
The bathroom has a large tiled shower.
For the floor of this room we used reclaimed green and white cement tiles, while for the bedroom we restored the parquet flooring
original herringbone.
