"We have stayed in a high number of Airbnb's throughout our holiday and Sotto i Sassi is the absolute best. The location is excellent, our house was clean, with comfortable beds, nice linens, well appointed bathrooms and plenty of routes to enjoy the stunning views. We enjoyed fresh fruit from the grounds and enjoyed all the surrounding walks. Matteo even organised a private cooking lesson, held by a local grandmother, we couldn't have been more pleased.

"Located in the quietest countryside overlooking the valley, we couldn't believe our luck in finding this beautiful property. Matteo is the perfect host, he was very thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable without being intrusive. he also gave us some great suggestions on restaurants, clubs and typical dishes to try. After spending almost a month in the city, a four-day stay at Matteo's was perfect for all of us. We loved our stay and can't wait to return'.

Everything in the house (it's hard to say just house, it's more) is perfect. All the furnishings are very elegantly chosen. and now, that in our bed we remember hugging pillows and mattress. and our thanks for breakfast. "Staying at Sotto I Sassi was a wonderful experience! The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, recently renovated with a modern touch. The 300 year old newly renovated farmhouse was so tastefully done and great care was given to keeping the charm of the old, while bringing in cosy comforts that made our stay fantastic. the location of the farmhouse is in the midst of acres of fruit trees, creating an environment of rural tranquillity, yet within easy reach of the local towns, to always enjoy delicious restaurants or stroll through shops. As a hiker, I think the greatest treasure is that the farmhouse is within walking distance of the Sassi di Roccamalatina regional park with acres and acres of beautiful trails. If you want to enjoy the Italian landscape, this is the place! the owner, Matteo, is attentive and super helpful. he speaks English fluently. the breakfast is varied and delicious. Thank you Matteo and Fiorenza, we will meet again!"
