Rocks, wood and a touch of the sea
The farm is protected on three sides by natural rock formations, a lush forest and cherry trees cultivated on eight hectares of land, making for a location of incredible natural beauty, peace and silence.
From our gardens and rooms you can enjoy breathtaking views of monumental rocky spires of marine origin at all times.
Together with my partner Fiorenza, we started renovation work on the main building in 2011. Our choice was to maintain and preserve all the historical features that make this place special, while improving the accommodation structure so that we could create cosy and unique spaces.
We tried to honour the authentic details of the property by preserving the long oak beams and old wooden doors, keeping the stone walls, and salvaging old things found in the cellar or attics.
At the same time, we thought we would bring our own experiences into this ancient world, and we enjoyed distributing photographs, books and objects discovered during our travels and which are part of our experience in the various rooms.
